Orange trees, eucalyptus, and cork trees all along the way, and an exciting hanging bridge with stunning views. 😉

Like 5 things I think you should know about the Algarve 🌞
From someone who has been coming here their whole life.

1. The Algarve has great weather even in fall and winter, making it a perfect sunny escape from colder northern countries.

2. Eating out and accommodation can be very budget-friendly, and the Algarve was named one of the most affordable destinations (in Europe) in 2024.

3. Sheltered beaches create more warmth, making sunny winter afternoons at the beach possible and sometimes even bikini days in the middle of winter.

4. The bigger beach resorts can get crowded, especially in summer, but the western and eastern Algarve are much quieter and more relaxed.

5. Driving is easy and stress-free, with calm local drivers and mostly empty highways.
