Honestly, I've likely rented here the most times. The value for the price is incredible. CAEL is located a short drive from Faro Airport, but they deliver your car to the airport parking lot (P2-P3). They provide excellent customer service, are very well priced, accept AMEX, and receive positive reviews (9.2 on Discover Cars).
